This recreation of Marilyn Monroe’s gown from the film River of No Return is created to be as close to her gown as possible. The main gown is made in a green velvet material. Black lace trim adorns the edges all the way around the train and up the fronts. Gems are hand applied onto the lace to add some shine. The underskirt is made of organza layers with gold sparkle ribbon applied to the ends of each layer. The train can be tied up or let down. It also comes with a handmade ostrich feather hair comb. This is made to measure. A mock-up of the dress lining will be sent to you for fitting before finalizing the fit of the outside velvet.
